The information below is general in nature. When a player is registered to play in one of the All Star events, he and his parents will receive complete instructions from that system. TO REGISTER, CLICK THE 'REGISTRATION ' BUTTON ABOVE.
When you receive your Selection Notification from your school Head Football Coach (about Oct. 20, 2017):
1. Click on the REGISTRATION button above to go to the AYC PLAYERS ASSOCIATION website to register, reserve your jersey and pay the $150.00 player fee if you want to. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO REGISTER.
Look for the Events page in the Main Menu and follow the directions in the 'Register' section.
3. After you register, you/your parents will receive all event information and updates by email through the AYC Players Association system.
4. You will play in your school pads and helmets. Your coach is aware of this. Make sure to secure your equipment at the end of your season.
Your son will register for his event on the AYC Players Association site. This site contains all of the registration, team information, payment and schedule information for the event.
PLEASE ensure that your son completes his profile on the AYC Players Association site, including you also reading the Waivers and Permissions. You must either use his login information to access his profile, or create a Membership of your own in the Fans & Families category.
On the site, you will be able to pay the Player Fee in advance and reserve your son's jersey number if you choose to do so. Numbers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO REGISTER.
If you choose not to pay in advance, you have until the final day to sell the tickets and pay the fee, which is the first day of practice, December 9, 2017.
Player Fees are non-refundable, except for medical emergencies which require a doctor's note.
Please note that there is a pregame meal for players and their families 2 hours before kickoff, at the Marietta Middle School cafeteria, which is next to Northcutt stadium.
