Executive Director   Martha Siano

Martha and her husband Michael are the founders of Xecute Consulting Partners, a business development firm based in Marietta GA. The firm has conceived and developed the American Youth Council. With over 20 years of corporate experience in product and market development, Martha has led the business concept design and execution strategy area of the firm. Program Director  Michael Siano

Michael is an accomplished medical, fitness and athletics professional. He is a Chiropractor in Marietta GA, and works with Cobb County High School athletics programs. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, and Life University, and is a Football All-American Wide Receiver and USA Rugby National team flanker, chosen for 26 U.S. and International competitions. He is in the top 10 in all Syracuse Wide Receiving records, and played varsity Lacrosse for Syracuse as a fifth-year graduate, at defenseman.
